    little help please

    I am currently on week 8 of test e only cycle and wanted to ask about loosing some unwanted fat around my lower back and stomach area after my cycle is up. i dont know my bf %, but i am eating 3500-4000 cals everday w/ good diet, but i would like to loose this fat before i cycle next. im about 6 1/2, 220 lbs and my body fat is probably around 20 %. ant advise would be greatly appreciated. thanx.

    you just need to do more cardio and watch what you eat plus you cycling right now so you might be holding water weight when you get off focus on cardio and cutting before your next cycle check your body fat

    thanx for the tips. i know i dont want to start any cardio now, but i will hit the cardio hard i was just worried, because i hear that any heavy cardio u will burn muscle, or is that only when u are bulking?

    u can do cardio but for not a long time during bulking like 20 min
