need help...what should i use?

i have a problem that probaly alot of people do, i have done some stupid things supplement wise in my past and i have very puffy looking nipples, i was wondering what could be used to best reduce the puffy look to it, i will be doing a 4 week cycle of phera plex starting tomorrow and after that my pct which i have nolva and clomid lined up, i was wondering after this cycle and everything what i could use to reduce the puffyness to my nipples i dont think it is fat because i am not really over weight i am 6'0 215, any suggestions on what to take to help this out, i will be doing a cutting cycle soon after my pp cycle too which i hope to run maybe liquidex or something to help me reduce the puffiness here is a pic...thanks for any help

well i think so but im not sure, ive done a low dose d-bol cycle for a couple weeks a while ago and i took 1-ad before it was banned so im not really sure, but it just wont go away and no matter if i weigh 215 like in that pic or 185 a year ago they still look the same so i think it is i was going to try liquidex to try and reverse it after i do a cutting cycle in a couple months

the picture is kinda bad but they are a bit puffy or fat whatever you want to call it, its embarressing because even if they arent hard they still show thru a t-shirt maybe im just fat and need to lose some weight but i just started a bulk cycle with phera plex so after the pct is over im going to run an ecy stack for 4 weeks maybe its fat, ill wait and see
