Size: 3.0 KB Hello all. I am currently 2 weeks on the road to getting fit. Here are some of my pictures starting out and then progressing after 2 weeks. You may not be able to see much of a difference but I can see it as well as feel it.I lift 4 times a week with doing my abs every day. I am currently taking protien, creatine, taking multi vitamines, and eating clean. Its been tough trying to adjust to my new life style. I am 31 years old 6'1". I started out at 240lbs. and am now down to 227lbs.(I dont think i have ever eatin this good in my life)! I will post more pics as the weeks go by. Just to let you know all of the stories on this board have been my inspiration. thanks to all who comment. Oh and I would definitely like some constuctive critisism. Thanks!

Thanks Blue. I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week at a mill so I am constantly active. My main goal right now is to bulk up and then worry about slimming downafter I achive a better base. Im just thankful for this site. It has educated me on how to achive the kind of physic that I have always wanted. I never new the does and the donts involved with getting fit. As for the pictures I appologize it sucks using a cell phone as a camera. I will keep the pics coming and hopefully more gains will be apparent in the months to come. Im seriously excited. Thanks again for the comments.

Im feeling stronger now so I joined the gym today ( working out at home wasnt cuttin it for me, I needed more added to my routine). Im feeling really good. I ordered some phera plex I thought that I would start running that in about a month. No huge changes but a little here and there. I will keep you guys posted.

Hey Diezed. Thanks for the positive feedback on my arm size. I'm going into week 4 now and I feel great. For anyone who is interested in a little about my history I was the smallest kid in high school. I was 5'9" 145lbs. and skinny as a rail. No muscle! I worked out like crazy, took massive amounts of wieght gainers and ate like a horse but nothing was working. Then at age 19 I grew to 6'1" and finally started getting some size. Muscles was were appearing from no where. I couldnt believe it. No one from school recognized me.At age 24 I started getting fat though. I shot up to 265lbs! I was a lard *ss! But muscle was still achievable. Now I wieghed myself yeterday and im down to 220lbs. I dont know if anyone has every experienced a growth spurt like mine but it was crazy! I will keep you guys posted in the weeks to come. Thanks.
