    dnp and water loss

hey everybody. quick question. for the record i have used dnp before and i know what im dpoing so dont call me a moron. the question i have can i add expel with my dnp? im on day 4 today. the expel, or one of those shirt su put on to lsoe water weight, that makes u sweat 10x more during cardio so that i can lose water to look more leaner, vascular? or would it be dangerous. that way i can cut the bodyfat and lose the water because im going on vacation in 6 days. the thing is dnp holds water so can it be really dangerous to try to lose water while on dnp?

    Hello,

Haven't used DNP myself yet, but planning on using it in the near future.

I've researched it for quite some time now and I hope you have too; anyway since you already know that overheating due to dehydration is one of the biggest dangers while on DNP common sense(sp?) would dictate not to wear one of those sweatshirts.
Anyway just speculating here(but I wouldn't use it).

    Hope I helped.

Leave the expel alone. Your gonna need all the water you can get. I just finished my cycle of DNP this past Saturday but Friday night I had to go to a bachelor party and I barely had any water that night. To make a long story short that Saturday I woke up and I couldn't move even with the gallons of water I was drinking I was in my bed for 14 hours because I was so dehydrated and weak. If it wasn't my bestfriend party I would have stayed home but my point is stay away from diuretics.
