    Need Diet Help

    Before I post my diet I'd like to say, I know its my biggest weakness. I need help and thats why I'm posting. Give me some guidance!

    Stats: 5'11 190lbs.


    Meal 1 - Post cardio - 7am
    Whey shake & daily vitamins
    sometimes a banana

    Meal 2 - Breakfast - 9:30ish am
    Meal replacement shake (slimfast usually - flame away, I like them )
    NutriGrain bar or granola bar
    Yogurt

    Meal 3 - Lunch - 12pm
    Chicken usually 6ounces or so
    fruit or granola bar

    Meal 4 - 3pm
    Tuna 3 ounces (I know I should be eating more)
    yogurt
    nutri grain bar or granola

    Meal 5 - PWO
    Whey shake
    piece of wheat/grain bread

    Meal 6 - 6/7pm
    Usually varies a good bit but I try to keep it healthy.
    lean meats

    Also eat probably 3 ounces of almonds throughout the day.

    I know it needs ALOT of work. I'm just looking for some tips specific to my diet. Not what you would consider all out bodybuilder but derfinitely trying to get bigger. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Not only is that approach horrid, you listed no stats or anything about you to be able to go on.

    How are people supposed to give advice?

    If you are bulking, why are you doing cardio first thing a.m.? As I understand it you do this cardio daily, as I only see 1 approach above? (usually cardio or "off" days differ from training days, or at least they should)

    I would review the "how to bulk" protocol atop this forum that is a "Sticky".
    It's helped quite a few people and you could benefit greatly from it.

    LOL, well, there are a lot of way out threads today that need some serious attention and "back to the drawing board" type of action.

    motion, i would replace the granola bars with rice/potatos/pasta...etc. i would also try to consume some whole food for breakfast like eggwhites.

    Thanks for the advice guys. I new it was pretty rough and the biggest issue with my training. Thanks again.
