Before I post my diet I'd like to say, I know its my biggest weakness. I need help and thats why I'm posting. Give me some guidance!
Stats: 5'11 190lbs.
Meal 1 - Post cardio - 7am
Whey shake & daily vitamins
sometimes a banana
Meal 2 - Breakfast - 9:30ish am
Meal replacement shake (slimfast usually - flame away, I like them)
NutriGrain bar or granola bar
Yogurt
Meal 3 - Lunch - 12pm
Chicken usually 6ounces or so
fruit or granola bar
Meal 4 - 3pm
Tuna 3 ounces (I know I should be eating more)
yogurt
nutri grain bar or granola
Meal 5 - PWO
Whey shake
piece of wheat/grain bread
Meal 6 - 6/7pm
Usually varies a good bit but I try to keep it healthy.

Also eat probably 3 ounces of almonds throughout the day.
I know it needs ALOT of work. I'm just looking for some tips specific to my diet. Not what you would consider all out bodybuilder but derfinitely trying to get bigger. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
