If you buy your natty PB....

what amount of carbs, salt and sugar does it contain? I want to buy some as the stuff i have now is too high in saturated fat. The best i can find in the UK contains no salt but has 6.2grams of sugar per 100g. Is that no good?

mine has 3g of sugar and 6g of carbs for two tablespoons or 32g, i dont know how you guys measure it though. Try to find one where the only ingredients are peanuts....Skippy natural PB is somewhat acceptable imo...16g of fat and 8 g of protein per 2 tablespoons...

Health food grocery stores usually have a peanut grinding machine that takes raw peanuts and makes PB out of it...

Laura Schudders makes a good natural one too...
