8oz chicken breast, baked potato or yams, veggies, multi vitamin

in between meals i usually snack on rice cakes, fruit, and mixed nuts
should i be adding anything if im starting juice?

. I can't mix macros and have to keep my bulks very very lean, or I get fat quick. Person to person basis applies to most though when it comes to dieting. I think angelo84 at 150lbs and under 8% bf can handle a little macro mixing. I envy him
