Hi, is this cyle right for me? please help

Hey people, im new to this site, im from birmingham, england, im 19 years old, 190lbs, 6ft1, been training for 3 and a half years, i have taken oral winstrol a year ago but now i wanna go a stage further, I have been researching on cycles and came across the one on this site.

The cycle is called Novice Cycle #1-4

i think w/ your stats and age YOU SHOULD AVOID AAS for now.. work on diet.. i dont think your anywhere NEAR your natural peak.

week 1-10 Testosterone Enanthate/300 - 500 mg
week 1-10 Deca/ 200 - 400 mg
week 1-15 Nolvadex/10 - 20 mg/Day
week 1-15 Vitamin B-6/ 200 mg/Day
week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg/Day
week 13-15 Clomid Therapy

i dont think you need to take steroids at your age yet..train naturally for a few more years...you'll be glad you wait to take steroids. Diet is everything in this game, not drugs..if you cant gain naturally, then whatever gains you make from steroids, you will end up losing

you are new here i advise you to read the rules before posting anything else that may get you suspended or banned from here.....you cannot ask for sources on the open board.....read the rules...take this as a friendly slaapp on your ass.......the next one will not be so nice........
