    Where in the leg?

    Where is the best place to poke in the leg? Any pic's would be a great help.

    On the outside of the quad, halfway between your hip and knee.

    Always to the outside. I have about 3-4 different areas I shoot in across my lateralis Here's some help:

    I go about 1/3 way down from my hip and on the outside corner of my quad.
    Flex your quads and you will see a bulge there. That is where I shoot.
