    Question What do you guys use?...

    I was wondering what everybody uses for an preworkout energy boost? i am currently using NO-XPLODE. Has anybody used RAMPAGE from Anabolic Xtreme?

    Got a free sample of that and used it I liked it, good quick energy and faster recovery between sets but then again it was only one days worth so I dont know how much was mental, I have been interested in thrying it for a little longer term, just kinda strapped on cash right now, I liked NO-XPLODE a lot though when I used it great taste/pumps/energy/focus

    i've never tried it, but i've read good things about redline on this board

    redline is a really good energy drink and it makes you focus a little better, ive tryed like 3 of them and the third time i had one it had like no affect on me but the first two times it was good

    giants do you think AMP is better than redline or are they about equal, im interested in a good energy booster because i dont get to the gym until 7pm every night, after school and work so i am tired....

    AMP is superior as far as I'm concerned. It gets you jacked as hell. Redline gets me sweaty and give me the jitters.

    yea..redline did the same thing to me the first time i was shaking and couldnt stop sweating. sounds good tho i think im going to try it out thanks bro

    I thought the carb refuel kept you from having to use ketones?

    No - it just replenishes the negative balance... then it is back into depletion again. After 2 days of hard training and cardio it's quite obvious to me when I am back into a large amount of fatty acids and ketones getting burned up... by Wednesday, fat is just melting off. And even on the Friday refeed days (high carb/pro) the body can still lose fat becuase it is focusing on glycogen supercompensation and not storage.

    But seriously, currently - this changes as things become constant so I can see what effects different combos have - I am using 75mg of Proviron (give the body natural androgen support in the AM) with 4 Hydroxycuts and a gram of Vitamin C before morning cardio... and then Black, English Breakfast, or Green Tea with 4 Hydroxycuts and a gram of Vitamin C and 100mg ALA right before evening training...

    Redline makes me feel cracked out, like I am on drugs.My body can't take it for some reason.. Do they list there mg of yohibime(sp), I think there might be some hidden ingredients in that shit... My boy is a nut job, and drinks vodka and redline all night
