    hey guys ,criticise my pics

    hey guys ,i am posting these pics for motivation cause i am feeling kinda depressed these days ,i am a hardgainer and gaining is not easy for me ,anyway any +ve feedback and comments are appreciated any advice to improve certain areas is appreciated too ,i took this pics for myself using a mobile phone so they aint the best and posing and taking pics at the same time was hard for me to do ...i am 185cm tall ,guess my weight guys from the pics ...thanks in advance ..

    You weigh around 185-195 max I think with legs, without legs around 175-180lbs. It looks good, it's hard to say what to improve, what are your goals? If you just want to be a fitguy and attract babes and look good playing beach volleyball then you are good to go. If you want to be a bodybuilder I would say you have some years of hard training ahead.

    What are you feeling depressed for? You appear athletic and have a decent base. Doesn't look like you are out of shape or anything. What are your goals? If you fill out your profile that will help and we wouldn't have to guess your weight from these pics which aren't very good.

    Nuttin to be depressed about bro, you look good. stomach looks good, mass will come. I do not know how to converge the hieght. But if your 6 feet tall id say you would way about 175-180.

    youre the same heighth as me i guess 175-180 lbs

    i once thought i was a hard gainer then i started eating enough calories to grow ...and i did!

    look into the diet forum thats all you need to grow man!

    Honestly bro... little unfair to try to guess the weight with those shots.... i cant see back OR legs... My guess 160-200lbs??..... But either way... you look in good shape... shouldnt be deprepssed you probally look better than 9 outta every 10 guys on the street

    thanks bro for the reply and thanks to all of the above replies ,my back is good and my hams and quads are strong too but i cant take good pics for my back or legs on my own , gonna find someone to take pics for me , the only lagging part in my lower limb is my calfs which doesnt seem to grow at all whatever i do ,it just seems to get a pump effect and thats all...
    the reason why i asked about guessing my weight is that i saw a lot of pics on this site and other sites for guys heavier than me in weight but less developed muscularly and even guys at my gym cannot believe that i weight too low and they give me at least 175lbs of lbm ,my weight is 163-165lbs , i was 170lbs before but i leaned a little bit down , my legs aint under developed at all and i used to play soccer when i was younger and maybe thats why they are in good shape cause some of you might think that i only have weight on my upper body ,my goal is to have a lean atheletic body with 6 or more kilos of body mass to add mass to my tall frame ,anyway thanks a lot guys for all the comments its really appreciated and any +ve feedback is welcomed ,i have been training for 5 years and started at 120lbs and i am glad that i achieved what i am at now just looking for some more mass , this site has helped me a lot so thanks to everyone ..peace

    thanks man , i have been working for 5 years but only serious for the last 3 years ,yeah growing calfs sucks ,i am trying to figure out something that might give it a little growth spurt but i cant find any ..

    I would not be depressed as you look great as of right now.

    You also have the option to eat your ass off in an attempt to grow, and that beats the pants off of having a very slow metabolism and having to watch what you eat very carefully.

    I'd focus on deads/squats/bench/rows, and come up with a sound nutritional approach for training days and off days and just continue to work hard.

    You're welcome and almost everyone on here wants to help others out. Great progress so far and keep up the hard work. Eat clean, train hard but smart and make sure you get enough quality sleep.

    Yes bro don't feel depressed in a way I'm sort of jealous because if I don't workout out constantly or just look at a pizza I get fat I hate it. I never have abs even when cutting. I'd suggest upping your calories and make sure to get in tons of protein at least 1.5 grams per bodyweight if your looking to gain weight......just trying to help.

    nope it doesnt have a timer cause its a mobile camera , thanks for your comments though ..
