thanks bro for the reply and thanks to all of the above replies ,my back is good and my hams and quads are strong too but i cant take good pics for my back or legs on my own , gonna find someone to take pics for me , the only lagging part in my lower limb is my calfs which doesnt seem to grow at all whatever i do ,it just seems to get a pump effect and thats all...
the reason why i asked about guessing my weight is that i saw a lot of pics on this site and other sites for guys heavier than me in weight but less developed muscularly and even guys at my gym cannot believe that i weight too low and they give me at least 175lbs of lbm ,my weight is 163-165lbs , i was 170lbs before but i leaned a little bit down , my legs aint under developed at all and i used to play soccer when i was younger and maybe thats why they are in good shape cause some of you might think that i only have weight on my upper body ,my goal is to have a lean atheletic body with 6 or more kilos of body mass to add mass to my tall frame ,anyway thanks a lot guys for all the comments its really appreciated and any +ve feedback is welcomed ,i have been training for 5 years and started at 120lbs and i am glad that i achieved what i am at now just looking for some more mass , this site has helped me a lot so thanks to everyone ..peace
