    needle size...

    Hey guys, i'm shooting delts 2nite for 1st time. What size needle do i use? If you can give me the measures in International Units(cm's), i'd appretiate it...thnx

    General rule depending on body mass (fat) Delts and Quads go with 1 inch pin. and stick a 1.5 inch pin in your ass Make sure you check the forums for the proper location of the stick for each site!!
