lol thanks for all the nice comments guys. im actually a bit down tonight. i hyperextended my knee today playing ball trying to use that as a way to get cardio and endurance up. i was supposed to take fitness test for pd on sunday. thats not gonna happen. my knee hurts so bad. but the xrays look good and im going to see a knee doctor tommarow.
