    Is proper ***** 3-6 ration important?

    In a lean mass phase and lately been getting 3 servings of Mono a day, 1 serving of saturated and a serving of Flax or safflower oil a day. I have been in school and doing alot and it is alot easier to carry ANPB or nuts with you than it is a vile of flax oil. The saturated is easy to do, cheese!

    you dont have to worry much about it aslong as you get atleast 10-20 grams of flax or fish oil each day
