    Anyone do core stability training?

Got one of my PT's whos heavily into core stability training, the guy is about 45, ripped and is in great shape for his age, he swares by core stability. Ive seen his workouts and his PT sessions with clients, and core stability is all he does!

    Opinions?

i think at the stage of most people on here that do heavy squats deadlifts etc will be training there core to the max

core training could'ent hurt but when ppl incorporate into exercises for everybodypart it shits me

like 1 arm dumbell swissball press
and 1 arm cable rows on a swissball

looks good probably great for the core but absolute crap for the chest or back
