    Ow! My back update

    Saw the FNP. Said I have a calcifte (sp*?) on my L5 and a pinched nerve there. The disk is bulged out a lil' bit but not a full blown hernia. There sending me to do some rehab at a rehab clinic. I'll let you know how it goes.

    Got put in traction today. Also had electric shock therapy done at some back spots. Then ultra sound.
    Started today with stretching in a jungle gym looking thing, then I did some back extensions on a machine with 50lbs. 4x10.
