i completely condone his behavoir, better than the mother on meth who threw her decaputated babies head out a car window and then said the devil told her to do it.. or the other parents who were outside watching thier meth lab trailer park house burn to the floor with thier kids inside.. or the dozens of people who cook this shit in front of thier children and the kids who wind up with cancer and respiratory problems and brain damage. i had a serious issue with meth at one point and all it does is make you wanna kill, either yourself or other people, shit is f ucked up. sad part is dude will prob be back on the shit in another 6 months, and instead of being suicidal he might become homocidal. so yeah.. no sympathy, coming from someone whos been there before.

apparently there has been several cases where so long as the medula oblemgata (sp?) or the brain stem isn't affects, your pretty much retain all your motor functions - the nails in his head wouldnt cause him pain (because the brain has no pain receptors)
so (in theory) it would be well within his power to pick up the phone and dial 911
the left and right cerebrum has not been completly mapped to accuracy (as far as what there functions are, though there are many theories) - does anyone remember seeing that kid who is totally fine but lost half of his brain?
