The more I read 'Chemical Wizardy' and 'Building the Perfect Beast' I get the impression that the longer the cycle the more damage you're doing to yourself and the fewer LBM pounds you're building. Come next winter I want to run a HEAVY bulking cycle and have it planned out to roughly 15 weeks. Could anyone who's ever run a longer cycle fill me in? I'm running both Deca & EQ (and Test, don't worry) and on almost ANY profile I've ever read it says that the true effects of both don't even come out until about week 10 (12 in EQ's case) so a 12 week cycle would barely feel the effects of EQ. Just looking for a little insight on longer cycles. Thanks for any advice at all.
