That's odd b/c deca actually lubricates the joints. I would understand if you stated that your joints hurt while on winny. Could it be that you're lifting a lot more heavier than before?
are u sure its deca LOLOriginally Posted by Natron-Killer20
i feel GREAT on deca.. i run it pretty much nonstop around 200-300mg/wk for joint purposes while doing functional str training.
im stackin it with sust and ive gained 15 pounds so something is real, yeah im doing alot more weight
What else are you running, maybe it is something else in your cycle. I have joint pain and that is why I used Deca and I did notice that after being on it for 4+ weeks I had a lot of soreness in them but not the sharp pain I had. Now the soreness I think was due to the fact most of my lifts that had pressure on my elbows went way up so I was pushing them too hard.
I have been off Deca for 8+ weeks and I am dying.. Look at what else you are doing to indicate what might be the problem.. If you are using a UGL maybe they mis labeled your winny. And NO you can't drink Deca even if it is in a winny bottle

Ok, well my honest guess could be that b/c of the big weight increase in your training program, your joints are still suffering. Now, that may be just you, b/c honestly when Im on deca, I'll lift heavier & my joints don't hurt @ all. I actually almost tore my tendon( about 3 years ago in an accident) in my shoulder. I recovered fine but when I'm on time off & I lift a bit heavier my shoulder bothers me, slightly. But while on deca I dont even feel any pain.
so you just had soreness, b/c my right knee is killing me like its sore, not like i hurt it but im not sure
Remeber don't get confused w/soreness & joint pain.
Deca only adds Synovial fluid (my understanding) so it is not really making the joint stronger it is just giving it more cushion so when you lose the pain you lift heavier but the underlying issue is still there so you can still damage your joint or at the least put more pressure and cause lots of soreness.
I have been using GH for about 9 months and I think I am finally getting some healing in the joints themselves.. I will be adding Deca back in soon for about 12 week.. I can't wait it is so nice not to be in pain all the time.
Stick it out but keep in mind you are still broken if you had joint problems before.
This is all My Opinion. Tai and others will have better ideas I'm sure

i guess well see what happens, but i dont know if i can even lift legs next week
alright cool, thanks guys im sure its just really sore
I must agree w/OLDMAN. That is exactly what I was getting at. Just b/c it adds fluids to the joints doesnt mean the joints themselves are strong. I believe I read somewhere(cant remember now) that muscles tend to become stronger a lot faster than joints.

Go slow and try not to lift too much.. more than you should I guess I should say.
Most of all enjoy it.
