My girl wants to go on a diet. Shes 5'4 155 lbs. Shes going to do 45 mins of cardio 4 times a week. She works at lowes, so shes on her feet as opposed to sitting behind a desk. Shes trying to keep her calories to about 800 a day. Shes been getting used to the counter on fit day.com. She is wondering about the ratio of protien carbs and fats per day.I've got her getting her carbs in mostly throughout the day. We just need some help with those ratio's.... Thanks guys... mds
