    T4 doses + clen?

    ok so i am using T4 for the first time

    now i have heard that you can take up to 400mcg in one day
    but i heard somewhere else that you shouldnt exceed 100mcg

    also my tabs are 50ug each

    is 1 ug equal to 1mcg

    also is it better to take this with clen or ECA

    by the way i'm also using prop and drol

    100mg Anadrol ED

    4 weeks cutter at the end of my 12 week bulk which i have just finished

    I normally take a small dose of t4 and stack up on the clen, Ive been having really excellent results from my clen at the moment, Ive been doing 2 wks on 2 wks off , Ive been fluctuating the dose daily, one day low then high dose then back down low dose, the results are amazing, personaly ive never needed to really go high on t4/t3 cause i find it burns muscle tissue so i keep it low and increase clen and keep my diet spot on.

    could the same benefit be achieved from ephedrine instead of clen

    or is there some sort of synergy with the clen and t4?

    i prefer t4 and clen, eca makes me lose my appetite and thats no good do not use it anymore.

    plus the drol
    otherwise i'm too hungry when cutting

    Don't be scared of hunger, food is the key to building muscle and maintaining it, self control and eat clean & cycle your carbs, food is to powerfull to leave out.

    i'm still eating 3200 Kcal

    i'm 93.5 Kg at the mo (down from 96kg)

    i'm thinking these kcals good be a bit too low actually?
    seeing as i was bulking on 5000kcal

    Marcus300 can i know what makes you prefer T-4 to T-3?
    if u like to eat while cutting why don t u use clen with ketotifen i ve read that it keeps hungry, and there is no cycling method because it keeps receptors clean.


    To answer G-Force i think T-4 and Eca is what u need because u do not want to eat much while cutting.

    i'm not running clen

    at the mo i'm just using 50ug T4 and taking 1 - 2 ECA's a day
    the guy i got it off said to stick with just 50ug a day

    what do u reckon?
    surely i can go as high as 100ug
    50 seems pretty low

    My mistake,I thought you was clen too,LOL.I agree with you 50 is pretty low,I have only used T3,so marcus will give the best advise here.

    I have ran t4 upto 300mcg per day with excellent results, stacked with clen its an awsome combo.

    why does everyone say clen and not ECA

    i still dont know if there is synergy involved with stacking clen and T4
    that you dont get with ECA

    you know what i mean by synergy right........?

    eg the clen making the T4 work better or vice versa

    The way to find out is try it both ways, many people get different results, its ok what it may say on paper but try it for yourself, you have enough answers to your question

    Golden words!

    As far as ECA goes I dont like it,appetite supressents are BAD for BB's, you have to eat,even when cutting, even more so some say(clen obviously),after all you dont want to loose all that hard earnd muscle!

    No synergy between t4 and clen.If the is I have never heard of it,they do work extremely well together tho so who knows....Try it for yourself.

    it works better for me to use clen and t4 and not t4 and eca, i will say again try both ways to see what works best for you, does it really matter what it may or not say on paper you have enough views to make your mind up.

    Try both ways than you will know.

    ECA gives me just the amount of appetite supression i need
    i still eat 3500 Kcal and i am STILL hungry even with the anadrol/ECA

    i think i must just have a big appetite

    anyway ECA is anti-catabolic just like clen so that wouldnt lead to much muscle loss IMO
