6'6" 245, down from 280 in January, I was a blob with a sedentary lifestyle. For me, this is pretty good. I was super lanky in high school (class of '90..ick) even though I was strong and ripped... think I graduated at 185 pounds with a max bench of 315 (with ass in the air). Anyway, gradually lost it all and just got heavy. I'm looking for a sizzling summer. I lost 40 pounds basically weight training 3 times a week and half hour cardio 3-4 times a week (mostly treadmill alternating between 4mph and spurts of 8). I stopped it all about 6 weeks ago then started up again a week ago. This IS a today pic though.
I started a cycle on monday. It was a single injection of 300mg Test Cyp. I am going to up that to 400mg for a total of 10 weeks. I'm taking 10mg Nolvadex daily and started that yesterday. I'm doing light workouts this week due to the impending soreness of having not lifted for a while, but I think the worst of it is over and the next round will be full tilt boogie. I have Clomid and Letrozole onhand for PCT, along with more nolvadex as needed.
I have ONE friend in another state who has a friend that he can ask questions and relay back to me, he's also trying it as well but he's huge and natural, I'll try to get some pics of him later, since I wouldn't mind terribly if that was the end product. Maybe a bit more cut though. Anyway, I say all this because I'm hoping to get a lot better advice here if anyone is willing to work with me or help me tweak.
I especially need to know how to eat. I lost all the weight with this diet:
1/2 to 1 cup oatmeal with some skim milk
1 cup whole grain cereal, kellogg's protein plus mainly in skim milk.
Turkey sandwich on whole grain wheat with a bit of mustard and lettuce.
Snickers Marathon Bar, high protein
1 or 2 boneless skinless chicken breast with a lot of spinach or broccoli.
Whey protein in milk post workout shake (I workout at night usually)
skim Cottage cheese with grapes (red for anti-oxidants), 1/2 cup.
Hard boiled eggs are always on hand, I usually just eat the whites with some salt, and occasionally a whole one. Dill pickle if I'm a bit munchy now and again.
Usually works out to about 1400 calories and I'm full as hell. I'ts roughly 45/43/12 for protein/carbs/fat. I'm pretty sure this diet won't work for a cycle, or maybe it will.
I know there's bulking phases and cutting phases, but I've also read that test helps burn fat too, so I'm confused as to what I will be expecting, especially since I'm suppressing estrogen a bit as well. There's a lot of difficult to determine info out there.
So, help, beat me up, do whatever it is you guys do, I'll read it all. I'll update a pic every couple/three weeks.
