    I use the toilet, but only when I have to go....which is every freakin 15 minutes with all the water I am drinking..... Was that the question?

    I stayed natural from 18-34 then hit a wall/plateau after competeing naturally and then I researched for 1.5 years then made the switch to Cafinated if you know what I mean

    I trained natural for a long time buddy. I got good gains for a very long time too. Then it became really really difficult, very very very slow. It was almost a waste of time. I wanted more progress. I wanted to be better than the average dude. That's why I started.

    stats: 95kgs/209lb round 14% bodyfat. im 22 and been pushing since i was 17 after I watched pumping iron. natural at the moment but wanting more size. just testing the waters
