alright been doing some thinking and I'm going to the beach July 4th and do not want to have a gut but do not want to be small not done bulking want to get to 255 or 265lbs at 8 to 11ish bf right now I'm 230 at 14ish bf what can i take now and get hard and eat real clean so abs sow good with out getting weak does any of this make seance thank for any help i was going to do like dbol and sust but was not thinking about going to the beach lol ok some of you got it wrong down below so no i do not want to get 255 or 265 in two months want to get ripped up for the beach then come back and get to bulking again
