this is for a friend.....
he is 22 5'8 235 7%bf he is wanting to compete in a BB comp. he has done 2 cycle before...in HS he won state twice in power lifting. He has one of the cleanest diets and well put together training routine I have seen (he knows his shit). As far as gear goes he is experienced but kinda old school....he wants a cycle that will give him max Mass results and be able to keep them on....
I told him he is to young for GH....
