    Diet question

    HI Guys

    I have a questions
    1) I have lunch at about 11 am and workout 1:15 you think I need to eat something before working out? Or is my luch ok to keep me till workout?




    Wake up (I scoop protein)right after Cardio 40 min
    \Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    /cottage cheese hand full nuts
    Meal 3:
    (11 am)Broccoli , Lean Protein Carb (yams)

    (1:15 pm)Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
    Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax.

    Cao someone suggest something different for PWO Nutrition

    I want to use Whey Isolate,soy milk and Mixed berries without DEX ,I think DEX will out a belly on me.

    I prefer oats/whey. Many on here will use fruit, but I stick to low GI carbs. Wheat bagels are a good choice as well.

    So Is what I am taking wrong or matter of preference,I am not a fan of oatmeal ,I know I should suck it up But it is just one of those things.

    Any Suggestions Please

    that's what i'm doing right now. i like whole foods way better becasue i have a big appetite. i haven't tried dex yet though. as for oats whey being pwo, i don't mix them i eat the oats by itself or some skim milk. i love oats too much
