If your getting 20mL of Test E, 250mg/mL, what size needle and syringe does that require? Also, do you need a syringe filter on those? Thanks

It depends on how many cc's your doing per shot.
Assuming your doing 500mg per week split into two shots a week.
Syringe 3cc
needle's 23g 1 1/2 inch for glutes or 23g 1inch for delts and quads.
and no you should not need filters

yeah, I came here first, all excited about roids, but got the fact in my head that im only 18 and just need to wait. So from there, the supps/diet/workout page is most of my stuff.
