I do.
The only thing that should change is your PWO meal/ shake. You can drink a shake but you dont need the dex in it. Also if your not doing anything much you can decrease your Post Workout meal. IMO
Your muscles will repair and build up to 48 hours after a workout.......i would continue to feed them amino, glutamine, protein and that stuff.
