I am wondering how to work the following supplements into my cutting diet...

R-ala
CLA
My diet on workout days is something like
Am Cardio
Pro/Carb
Pro/Fat
Pro/Fat
Pro/Carb
Workout
PWO - Pro/Carb
Pro/fat
I was thinking about taking the r-ala before the Pro/fat meals to take care of any minimal carbs.
I was thinking about taking the sesamin with any pro/carb meals so minimal fat is absorbed and with any highfat meals (above 20grams).
I was going to take the CLA 3 times a days before the Pro/Fat meals
What do you guys think??? I want to get this right...
