Breaking International laws and illegally crossing borders is a crime of the highest degree, and is an ill-advised strategy. But, speaking as a ficticious person to a hypothetical question I could speculate how one might access his research chemicals across country lines.
Go to a border town and send said person a package to whatever address you will be staying at.
If your just trying to get some PCT supps across, that shouldnt be a problem at all, just get an express order of ARR's product since it's legal.
One suggestion I do have is to not physically walk/drive the ficticious person/vehicle across the border with your gear on their person. Not sure which side of hell you would be on if you got popped, US or Mex, but neither would be a good substitute to pristine beaches and drunk 18 year olds. The new legalization of recreational drugs that Mexico just passed got me wondering if it applies to gear as well, but probly not. If it does, waltz right into a ficticious pharmacy and lay some Andrew Jacksons on the table and buy only what you need. (I have been hearing that Mex is dry of juice, or in Tijuana at least) Just be careful, hope you find the solution your looking for.

I remember friends in the day paying our non green card carrying folks to carry it over. Those were the day's suite cases full of gear... Now the internet or doctors seem to be a much safer way to go.
