Twice a week is fine. No need for 3x with e.

so would you mix that with test e or propim planing on runing an 8 to 10 week cycle also would i run the test at 500mg and the tren at 400mg would that be fine 3rd cycle 6'1 185

Doses sound good. I would run 10 weeks minimum and run the test a week longer then the tren.

I did really well on 500 mgs tren e every 6 days and 900 mgs of test e every 6 days with 40 mgs od d-bol ed. But I do not suggest that unless you have been cycling for a while, I do not know your history. If you are just getting started it is always good to start low and after 3 or 4 weeks if you are not satisfied go up.
