    Pressure Headaches.

So, I drank this weekend. Like an idiot. I needed to go out and get laid. (which I did! )

Other than that my cycle has been going awesome. I started out at 218 with about 17% bodyfat, and I'm now 239 with about 17% bodyfat. Strength is awesome, vascularity is getting better. I have 3 weeks to go and I'm still gaining a lb every few days so I anticipate ending up around 245 or so.

I'm in week 10 of my cycle and for the last 4 days or so when I train and lift heavy even if I breathe good I can get a pressure headache in the back of my skull.

I'm not sure if it's a side effect from drinking or it's a side effect from the gear on week 10.

In week 8, I did up my dosage from 500mg/week of Test E to 750mg/week of Test E.

I'm suspecting it's either the drinking or perhaps my blood pressure that's causing the headaches but wanted some opinions from the pro's.

    Thanks for your time guys.

first of all bud please don't drink getting laid is more important than your cycle than you shouldn't be doing one honestly. another thing is go to your doctor and get blood pressure checked . i did here that if on aas and you get pissed drunk your gonna feel sick for a week because your bp skyrockets real high. Is a headache worth it for a week and ruining your training and plus gains is it really worth it i dont think so peace.

I agree with Jay here. Just isn't worth it. In fact, you probably have a better chance getting laid hiiting the bars without doing the alcohol. If you are prone to HBP, see your doc or get yourself a home cuff to check it as needed. Also, donating some blood will pull down the fluid levels and help for a while.

Just check your BP. That is a classic symptom of increased BP When your BP goes up the vessels in the back of the brain dilate, thus causing pressure and a headache. As always, go see your doctor. He'll probably start you with HCTZ.

or it could be a tension headache

Take your BP and if it isnt extrmely high go get some excedrine tension

Get your bp checked... You are messing with pharmaceuticals. Listen to the earlier advice of hawthorn berry and add garlic tabs also... If pressure is high go donate blood. If still to high, then see a doctor.

Migranes run in the family and I get tension headaches all the time. I take my bp almost everyday and it's almsot always 120/80. I would just get your pressure checked and if its not high than you most likely have a headache. Get some excedrine tension and you will be fine. It has caffine in it that is supposed to relase tension on the blood vessels.

    Thanks for the advice guys.

The thing is the headache generally only happens after a real strenous lift and then it fades after a few seconds. And it didn't come on till after the weekend of drinking. And the pain is right in the back of my head.

Started with Hawthorne and Garlic today. Will get a BP monitor tomorrow.

Been taking Hawthorne Berry, and Garlic Pills. As recommended.

Eliminated any and all caffeine in take.

Symptoms of pressure in the back of head are vanishing.
