Sust is good stuff but if your doing your first cycle I would sugest A single ester test either test e or c.

Results are an individual thing, diet/training/rest are big contributing factors on the results,

Personally i don't hold as much water on sus as the other tests, but test is test and results and gains have alot to do with other factors.

no sust is not EOD
sust is best IMO E3D unless ur running high ass doses.
let me break it down for you
its only got 30mg/ml of propinate ester which needs to be shot EoD
phenylprop can be shot E3D and its 60mg/ml so.... if ur running 500mg/wk then u will most likely do like 125mg EoD which is only 15mg for 2 days which is only 7.5mg of test from the prop ester. so in actuality the prop ester test is pointless if ur trying to keep blood levels stable. E3D is great and very easy/practical.

exactly what im doing right now.

250mg E3D for 12 weeks - in week 2 (also dbol 35mg Ed w1-4)

and feeling GREAT!
