Anyone hear of this or tried it ?
I did search on Meridia and it helps on your appetite @ calorie intake. Does anyone know of how much a woman take a day ?

If weight loss is your target i would try to lose as much weight as possible naturally with diet and cardio before thinking of taking any compounds to help the process,
Once the fat loss as come to an end naturally you could then start to look at compounds which will help to fight the stubborn fat whats left, also Meridia does act as a appetite suppressant which personally isn't the best thing for permanent weight loss, there could be the rebound effect when stopped.
I beleive it is the sort of drug you have to take for a long time, like more than 6 months to really benefit from it. It is an appetite suppresant. I believe you start at 10mg/day and maybe go up to as much as 30mg/day depending on how your body reacts. However, I have no experience with it but am interested in more info, particularly from people who have tried it...
It only took a week to work for me. I found it very, very effective in controlling my appetite when I was on my last cycle. I had no side effects whatsoever.

So 10mg a day seems to be effective ? How much BF % did you lose ? How long did u stay on for what period ?
