Everything I've read from over almost a couple dozen sources says methylcobalamin is superior to the more common cyanocobalamin (sp?) form of b-12. I don't think I've read anything from either studies, doctors, or users that differs on that point.
I've been searching, though, and can't find any source of injectable methylcobalamin. I can find lozenges in wildly different dosages, but no injectables.
2 questions: First, how to get injectable methylcobalamin.
Second: I've also read a number of things saying that lozenges are as good as injections for b-12. I wonder about this since I've taken 3 different oral forms (no lozenges) of b-12 at one point or another and had no noticible effects. Any thoughts on the lozenges vs. injections?
