with any of your carb meals. but like you said its not the best thing for cutting.
I usually only have it preworkout but I'm not carb sensative at all and stay relatively lean anyways. Depends on your goals/stats.
PWO or first meal in the morning is fine, and that is bullshit, fruits are fine for cutting, just use the right ones (low glycemic): strawberries, blueberries etc...
How about a banana along with my oats for PWO
