ok im 6'7 31yr 230 dont know b/f been working out off and on for about 3 years. i talked to a friend of mine. about some gear and what im looking to do. i told him that i would like to get stronger and get alittle size...not to much. also to lose some of my belly fat that i cant get rid of.. he said i should do test with eq and that will help with a good diet. also with a good pct. what do you guys think. thanks for any help.
