According to the benedict calculator, at the bottom it says 50/35/15 for leaning up...it looks like its in the order of protein/fat/carbs according to the chart. This doesnt sound right...shouldnt the fat and carbs be the other way around?

Are you referring the calculator at the end of the bulking sticky?
If you are, that is that particular persons OWN macro setup for cutting. Many keep carbs pretty low when cutting, check around and you will see it varies though.
