l-arginine and multiV question?

for my multi vit i currently and have always used centrum. is there anything else u guys suggest or is centrum fine. i was thinking about trying gnc mega men but there very overprised as we all know.

2nd question. im currently just using walmart brand(bodyfortress) l-arg. its 10bucks a bottle for 90 pills so not to bad. i always thought larginine was larginine so i never bothered wasting the extra money on the more expensive products. do u suggest i try any of the other products out there or stick with this? i did find bsn nitrix online for 30$ for 180pill bottle so not to bad.

keep with what you have, it will be fine...I used to take the nitrix stuff and not to say that it didnt work but it was just waaay too expensive....straight arginine like you have is soo much cheaper and works just as well

ditto, 3g of l-argine 3X a day is just as good imo
