i would laugh if i walked into a friend's house and he had posters on the wall- that's just a little tacky. if you have posters on your wall you prolly buy your furnishings from pottery barn and ikea and you wear tommy hilfiger jogging suits that say "TOMMY" on them.

so youve never seen posters of, lets say for instance the NY skyline framed in anyones house? im not saying posters galore but unique ones like that. ive also seen dali posters of his paintings framed as well

that's not so bad- there's a difference between beautiful photography and like an arnold poster though- that's what i consider a poster- it should have a cheesy pic and writing on it.

i have 2, ones actually a framed charcoal black & white painting of tony montana sitting in his chair with the palm tree wall behind him and a pistol in his hand. spend like 50 bucks for it, the nicest painting of him i ever seen before. than i got a reason 3.0 poster over my home studio and a keyboard shortcut poster for when i produce. than i have a corkboard with pics.

I have a couple huge framed 27" x 36" black and whites of Arnold Scwarzenegger. I do not find them tacky at all, to me it's beauty.

BTW, they cost me about $60 each, and one is a very rare shot of him leaning against a brick wall showing his huge back, it was taken in Cape Town, South Africa in 1975

I have all car posters. I have 3 framed mustang posters. A 64 Mustang, 93 Fox Body GT, and a 05 with the center dual lights in the grill.
