clen and Benadryl

i'm thinking about taking clen in the next few weeks, but are not sure what benadryl is. i'm living in the uk is benadryl in same over here

Benadryl is a antihistamine (sp) you can also use ketotifen (sp) The purpose for this is that the clen will downregulate your beta 2 receptors (burn them out) after two weeks. on the third and six weeks, you would take a full weeks coarse of the benadryl at night adn what this does, is conteracts the downregulation of the clen so your receptors will be upregulated again.

The other option is to do the two weeks on and two weeks off approach, this allows your receptors to recover.
