    help granted

    I had referred a buddy to your sight for some materials, and he ordered a few things about a week ago that never got to him. He is not a member of the sight so I am simply relaying this for him. I can get any type of order info. that you need, but I need to know what to tell him. This has never happened to me and I was curious about what could have happened. Anyways any help would be great. Thanks.
