wsup evryone, im currently on some supps and looking into my next cylce...TBH im looking into tri tren, a test gear of some sort, and mastabol for the end...
i was also looking into SD..
im 5'7
160ish lbs
10% BF
6yrs of working out, 2 of which was boxing
prior cycles include:
a deca/dbol (1st is worst)
deca/tren/sus ended with rebound xt
tren/mast/dbol
over a year since last cycle...currently just on supplements and gear alternatives which are working great...but im looking into goin gear
my diet is what i can manage with my busy schedule... but inbetween ill eat packets of sandwhich meat and watvr protein products i can get...
breakfast: consist of oatmeal, egg whites, and berries, whey, CLA, and flax oil
lunch: potatoe, plain tuna, low fat cottage cheese, and protein yogurt, CLA
dinner: MEATS!!!! *(chicken, fish, and/or beef) and greens, like radishes, salads, colliflowers and broccoli. CLA and whey
3x a wk cardio : running and hitting bag for an hour
and my stats are extreme im being told: so ima cut a lot of workouts i have posted here as of my next time in the gym..since im goin camping for the weekend...

if anyone can offer insight on what my next cycle can consist of i will greatly appreciate taht
also: i am prone to gyno im goin to assume since i had a small case from puberty, more of the chest not the nipple, letro and c_binos thread took care of that, and im on HGF-1 (my alternative) which is drastically taking the puff to lean muscle in the chest...and i gain weight pretty easy so i track my fats and carbs..
lookin for gear input that would be low on estr converting, and any other protection like letro or l-dex ..gracias!
