    ? on what gear would be best for me

    wsup evryone, im currently on some supps and looking into my next cylce...TBH im looking into tri tren, a test gear of some sort, and mastabol for the end...
    i was also looking into SD..

    im 5'7
    160ish lbs
    10% BF
    6yrs of working out, 2 of which was boxing
    prior cycles include:
    a deca/dbol (1st is worst)
    deca/tren/sus ended with rebound xt
    tren/mast/dbol

    over a year since last cycle...currently just on supplements and gear alternatives which are working great...but im looking into goin gear

    my diet is what i can manage with my busy schedule... but inbetween ill eat packets of sandwhich meat and watvr protein products i can get...

    breakfast: consist of oatmeal, egg whites, and berries, whey, CLA, and flax oil
    lunch: potatoe, plain tuna, low fat cottage cheese, and protein yogurt, CLA
    dinner: MEATS!!!! *(chicken, fish, and/or beef) and greens, like radishes, salads, colliflowers and broccoli. CLA and whey

    3x a wk cardio : running and hitting bag for an hour

    and my stats are extreme im being told: so ima cut a lot of workouts i have posted here as of my next time in the gym..since im goin camping for the weekend...

    if anyone can offer insight on what my next cycle can consist of i will greatly appreciate taht
    also: i am prone to gyno im goin to assume since i had a small case from puberty, more of the chest not the nipple, letro and c_binos thread took care of that, and im on HGF-1 (my alternative) which is drastically taking the puff to lean muscle in the chest...and i gain weight pretty easy so i track my fats and carbs..

    lookin for gear input that would be low on estr converting, and any other protection like letro or l-dex ..gracias!

    My old muay thai coached like the combo of enan test/Eq he felt the Eq helped his endurance. Also I understand some boxers let the enan test/winny but winny is hard on your joints. I would look into these two cycles pretty basic but none the less effective. Also you could jump start the cycle with d-bol for four weeks. I would keep it basic and maybe look into something that will help you lean out at the end of the cycle. I am sure some of the vets/mods will stop by to help you out to but I would look into something like that

    ya thats what i did, dbol for a few weeks before inject gear...also, after hitting bags and all the knuckle contacts, DEca was the best since it lubes your joints pretty nicely

    hmm ended with reboud xt? you better learn what a real pct is before you start cycling..and that first cycle is an awful choice imo and no pct for these cycles?

    no...lots of vitamin e thats it after all the cycles...but it has been over a year free of gear...thats y im lookin for insight on my next. TRUST ME, if i had been reg in this site...i woulda done a lot of thing different...

    may i add im bigger, stronger, leaner and more energetic then i have ever been being free of gear??? im thinkn the alts im on r doin it...or placebo effect is briliant

    you need to learn about a proper pct to recover from a cycle...rebound xt just isnt gonna cut it at all

    that is the best insight you can get..is to learn what a proper pct is maybe that is why you are 160 pounds after 3 cycles you should learn what a pct is...research compounds that have low conversion into estrogen like tbol,var,primo,eq or run a strong ai like letro or ldex with test then design a cycle and we can critique it.. but first learn what a pct is..

    oh yeah..3 meals a day isnt gonna work well for you either...try 6-8 meals spaced throughout the day shoot for above 3000 calories because i know you arent getting even close to that now

    I thought the same thing 3 cycles 160, better try harder with your diet.

    160?? hey ima stocky guy, been this way for a loooong while, i used to be 150 when i boxed, now 2 years after no boxing, training, id say thats not too bad considering im concentrating on lifting weights..without gear....for now....

    I'm not sure you know what the hell your doing. looks like you have done 3 cycles and your 5'7" and 160 lbs.

    I think i would forget Anabolics and get with someone who knows something about NUTRITION

    by the way i know NOW waht a pct is....n by not knowing the FULL WORD FROM THE ABREVIATION i looked like a dumb culon....i use clomi and tamox off the given site...i was giving what i ended cycles with...like rebound xt which whas given on another forum...which i did like...not mentioning pct made me look like i dont got the intelligence of this forum abbreviations...i will rmbr pct pct pct pct post cycle..got it..., but honestly just looked into pct and the two consist of both of them...with L-dex, LEtro,and a few others...i prefer the liquid rather then the pills, its easier for me using a plunger..so i guess i did know, but what does that have to do with my weight??? think you guys are too quick to critisize rather then give some insight...(like to see you in the ring.....just bullshitn)

    anyways...im lookin into SD and heres a list of what ill be taking along with it...PCT n during cycle supps....hopefully a MOD or SENIOR can give some input

    Week 1: 20mg
    Week 2: 20mg
    Week 3: 30mg
    Week 4: 30/40mg
    -----PCT------
    Week 5: Clomi 100mg ED, Tamox 20mg ED, Vitamin E 800IU
    Week 6: Clomi 100mg ED, Tamox 20mg ED, Vitamin E 800IU
    Week 7: Clomi 100mg ED, Tamox 20mg ED, Vitamin E 800IU
    WEek 8: Clomi 50mg ED, Tamox 15mg ED, Vitamin E 800IU


    supplements during will be :


    FIsh Oil 1000mg/5 a day
    Milk Thistle 400iu/2 a day
    hawthorn berry 900mg/2 a day
    Whey Protein 32g serving/as many as needed to fulfill about 200-250 a day
    Niacin 1000mg/ 2 a day 9.99
    Taurine 1000mg/1 a day (also wnvr needed)
