Hey, hows a going.
Been doing some research, I feel I am ready for my first cycle but still have a few questions. Here's my stats before I go any further.
I'm 22 been lifting for 4 years. Currently at 190lbs standing 6'1" and low body fat. Never cycled before. I'm sure I'll have some people tell me to wait before juicing but I feel I'm ready and my diet is in check, i'v gained 50lbs since stating to work out while bringing down my bf% but I'v hit a plateau that I can't overcome. I change my workouts and i'v bumped up my cals but then I start gaining BF.
Here's the cycle:
1 – 4 D-bol 30mg
1 – 10 Test E 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolva 10mg
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg
Plus PCT 2 weeks after last injection with clomid and nolva.
I plan on using 1.5 inch needles at 23g doing only glutes for injecting.
My question is regarding D-bol tablets.
From what I read people say spread them out throughout the day because of the short half-life. So I plan I doing 10mg at 8am, 12pm and 12am. So first thing in the morning, lunch and right before bed. These all fall with my meal times, do I take them with my meal, on an empty stomach or does it even matter?
Also, will .25mg of L-dex be enough to keep bloating down or should I up that to .5mg?
