Clen Dosage??

I have a buddy who is a little overweight and has been on a very good diet and training program for some time now but wants that little extra help. I need to know what dosage of clen to tell him to take and for how long. The product is dosed at 100mcg/ml. Thanks for any help ahead of time.

My advice; throw the clen in the toilet and use some ephedrine/caffeine combo, it's more effective with less sides.

Lol! That's EXACTLY what I told him but he is dead set on using the clen. Guess cause he already forked out the doe. So does anybody have advice on the clen?

Start @ 20-40mcg ED and gradually work up to 100-120 mcg.

Some go for 2wks on 2 off or 8-10 weeks with benadryl use E3W.
