    Hey need some help bout to start my 4th cycle of aas first cycle was 500mgs sust 300 deca for 8 weeks gained bout 10lbs second was 750 sust 500 deca d=bol 45mgs for 6 weeks and didnt gain shit but my diet was not very good {didnt eat often enough or the right foods} my last cycle was 1000mgs sust weeks 1 & 2 750mgs weeks 3-12 deca 500mgs weeks1-12 again results were poor may be shit gear but i did sart to get gyno so i jumped on nolva and that sorted that out. ive been off for 6 weeks and want to start in 2 weeks is it possible my body is overloaded with test and wont take anymore should i stay off for longer should i drop my doses . next cycle i have test cyp test suspension and deca plus pct gear.any help would be appreciated

    Time on + pct = time off .

    Yes take some more time off.

    So let me get this straight, you have run 2 cycles that have not gained you shit yet you just want to start pumping more anabolics into your body? Take a step back and think about what you are doing, your diet and training are obviously lacking greatly to not get shit from 750mg test and 500mg deca per week. There is no way you are ready for another cycle, not with your training and diet and definitely not with only 6 weeks rest.

    Take time and research and train naturally for a WHILE.

    In your time off do some major research if you did not gain with those three cycles there is deffenatly some problem's.

    Deit
    work out routine
    sleep

    ect.ect.

    i understand where you guys are coming from i wont jump back on till i get blood work.what im trying to say maybe the gear was shit same batch used all cycles or dont i respond to test well?

    Do some proper research bro! all these cycles were crap due to the lack of research you had completed. I say STOP, THINK and hit the diet and training forum.

    Set up/follow a proper diet meal plan + proper training for your self. These 6 week cycles and poor diet eating habits while on a cycle = waste of money, increase of side effects and much much more.

    time on + pct time = time off

    wait, give your poor body a rest and do some research. You will benefit from this
