I went from 188lb to 202lb during my first cycle (at 5'10''). Now I'm more like 195lb, I'd also like to be around the 200/205 mark with 10% BF or less. Currently 195 @ around 14%. Hopefully my second cycle will allow me to cut down to 200lb @ 10%.

yea the strength increases are very quick and sudden that you must be careful and not let your ego get in your way.. remember to watch your form and amount of weight you put on.. not worth the time out due to the injury
