need some help from all u experts out there. I've done my research so no need to flame me or tell me to do a search...I've been reading up on the stickies for cutting and everything but still am a little confused..
Im 19 years old lifting for about 4 years and take it pretty seriously. I am 5'10 188lb about 15%bf built pretty well. I lost about 8 lbs in the past month because my gym attendance was not so great for various reasons. \Im ready to get back into it but need help
I know i will want about 188x2 in (g) protein. Also ive heard from trainers in my gym that each ounce of chicken contains 6(g) protein and each ounce of steak contains 8(g). Is this true
How much protein for each meal?
Flax seed oil?
Carbs and types (i know brown rice, yams, oatmeal etc) but how much per meal
eating intervals?
I will be doing cardio at about 7am 5 days a week.
*Would someone please help me tailor a diet for someone of my stature?*
also is there anything else i should know?
any help even little tidbits will be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot bros
