YO eveeryone. i am just getting done with school, came home, and i am losing a lot of hardness and definition i thought i had at the end of the school year. my diet has probably changed somewhat, not for the worse, by any means, but just not as routine as it was during school. anyways, the only other thing i can figure is my supplemets. i was on NO EXplode and just generic creatine monohydrate. i didn't like the way NO made me feel during the day (Other than workouts) so i quit it and started taking Cell Mass pwo. i am just wondering if maybe the creatine in cell mass is puffing me up or something? please help -- im freaking out also- if that is the case- is there anything similar to NO EXPLODe ( the NO2 effects ) without the caffeine? i posted somthing similar in supplement forums. any help would be greatly appreciated.
