Hey Guys! almost the start of 2 weeks ago i have been experiencing some slight pain in only my right elbow (my dominant arm) & the pain has severly progressed. The pain is right by the joint on the upper part of the forearm. It now hurts when i squeeze, shake someones hand & pulling or picking up things.
i have been lifting heavy for the past 4 months during my bulking phase & i can't pin point exactly what workout i did to cause this pain. it seems to me that it all started when i did "sitting down dumbell curls".. but i dont know..
It also hurts when i push on the spot or joint.. i workedout last night doing shoulders & tri's, but didn't hurt as much when doing any movements, but it did prevent me from doing 100% at the gym.. i was wearing an elbow support as i was working out to help.. i have been icing it up for the last week everynight, but this morning its worse then ever & it hurts when i extend my arm or even just squeeze my hand.. the pain starts at the joint of the elbow & travels half way down my outher edge of the forearm.. what could it be.
Anybody w/ some help or ideas on what it could be is greatly appreciated..
